3iQ Ventures was conceived in 2000 and established as a LLC in 2002. 3iQ Ventures was established to develop and market “innovative quality solutions”. Paul Muscarella, Daniel Wilson, Darryl Wooldridge are the Leadership Team of 3iQ Ventures, LLC, bringing various and complementary talents and skills to the enterprise.

Paul Muscarella has been in aerospace close to 20 years with varied background in manufacturing. Paul brings his experience to 3iQ from a background as Quality Engineering Manager with expertise in manufacturing processes especially the areas of micro electronics and engineering development. Paul’s thorough experience in aerospace technology and manufacture is complemented by his knowledge in requirements definition, supplier development, and programmatics, ordinances, automotive and aircraft mechanics. Paul is the inventor of SCWD and a full partner of 3iQ.

Daniel Wilson has been trained as a Chemical Engineer at Brigham Young University. He has nearly 20 years of continuous service in aerospace. Dan’s extensive experience in assembly processes and fabrication technologies give him a rare knowledge of high tech machining and processing of exotic materials intended for applications ranging in environments from salt water, air, and space capable of withstanding classified environmental stresses. Dan has a thorough background in aquarium applications and care. Dan is a developer of SCWD and a full partner of 3iQ.

Darryl Wooldridge holds a BS from Biola University in Organizational Leadership and has completed graduate work at Talbot School of Theology. He has been in aerospace for over 25 years and over eighteen years in management and has varied experience in Manufacturing, Administration, Program Offices, and Quality Engineering. He is presently in executive management and responsible for manufacturing through the application of change management methodologies commonly referred to as six sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Darryl is a developer of SCWD and a full partner of 3iQ.

Bob Stern has extensive experience and knowledge within the aquarium discipline and is well known within its community. He has been in the aquarium industry for over 35 years and loves it today as much as when he started. Bob has gained a thorough understanding of the aquarium hobbyest consumer by owning and managing three retail stores and one wholesale import business dedicated to tropical fish. Bob has also run a marine fish collection station in Hawaii. He has been a factory representative for several high-end aquarium manufacturers before coming to 3iQ as its sales representative. |
